Like it’s fingering cousin, Galaxy, the extrafine (19.5 microns, some of the finest commercially available) merino wool makes this DK yarn luxuriously soft and bouncy for next-to-skin comfort. A little nylon is added for extra durabilty and 10% silver stellina for lots of sparkle. Because this sparkle is one step down from the Milky Way base, it’s dubbed Galaxy.
Hand-dyed in Ketchikan, Alaska.
