Two plies are twisted tightly together to produce a very soft and springy yarn. This yarn is plump and soft, with two plies creating a slightly bumpy texture which helps the strands of yarn hold together against each other. Great for colorwork and lace work. The extrafine merino wool makes this yarn luxuriously soft and bouncy for next to skin comfort. A little nylon is added for extra durability.
